Now let’s get practical with the practices you will be immersed
in during our time together.
There are 2 practices for Level 1 that are to assist you in re-discovering who you are.
Personally, I believe these practices are essential for a strong foundation for all of life.
The practices are Non-Judgment and Non-Attachment, and the cool thing about these two very strong practices is if you practice them, you can end suffering and walk in beauty. Always!
I’m not saying these are easy practices, I’m just saying practice them.
These will be lifelong practices and with working with your energy anatomy, the practices leave the mind and become embodied in your very being! Woohoo!
THE PRACTICE OF NON-JUDGEMENT
Pay attention to your inner voice and how it defaults to right or wrong-good or bad thinking. Instead make a choice to be discerning! Most of our judgments come from assumptions that are based on what we have learned or been told,
not from the voice of our Soul.
This allows us to transcend our limiting beliefs so we can craft a more liberating story!
We don’t reject facts, we reject the limited story we weave around them.
Be vigilant and discerning!
THE PRACTICE OF NON-ATTACHMENT
Pay attention to the labels you are wearing...The roles you are playing...
Have they become so attached to you that you believe this identity so strongly it limits your ability to grow and change?
All of life is change, drop attachment to the roles and you can drop despair
and ring the freedom bell!
WHEN YOU CONTINUE TO PRACTICE NON-JUDGEMENT AND NON-ATTACHMENT, YOU ARE ON THE ROAD TO ENDING SUFFERING AND YOU CAN BEGIN TO LIVE A WHOLE NEW STORY AS THESE PRACTICES ARE LAYING NEW NEURAL NETWORKS IN YOUR BRAIN.
