When I first met Lisa, I was a bit lost in my life. I had overcome a lot but still dealing with around the clock panic attacks, night terrors, you name it. After the first few sessions, I was able to finally go to sleep without being petrified of what may have come up in my dreams and I was able to fall asleep with ease.
I continued working with Lisa for the next few years and it was a beautiful journey that helped unlock parts of me that I didn't even know existed. I was able to step into my power and step into who I am as a person which allowed me to grow. I not only noticed the difference within myself but also with those closest to me. Lisa helped guide me so much in my life and allowed me to really shift a lot of stuff.
I participated in classes as well and private sessions when I felt that something was "stuck" and I couldn't shift it on my own. I continued to grow and bring to light new things to work on in a deep personal level.
Classes were amazing to be in a group setting and play in the magic with other like-minded people. I finally felt a sense of "home" where I could be myself. Private sessions were extremely important for me as well since we were able to dive and journey deep and uncover unhealed parts.
